Who we are
This website is operated by Joiner Joyner LLC, trading as Joiner Joyner Home Services, a home services business based in Snellville, Georgia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Joiner Joyner LLC, and “you” means the person using this site or engaging us for work.
Using this website
This site is provided for information about our services. You may browse it and contact us through it. You may not scrape it, copy its text or photographs for commercial use, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send us unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
The photographs on this site are of work we have carried out. They are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Quotes, estimates and pricing
Anything described on this site is indicative. Prices are given only after we understand the specific job, and a quote is not binding until we have confirmed it to you directly. Estimated time blocks — under two hours, two to five hours, or a full day — are estimates of duration, not fixed prices.
If work uncovers something that was not visible when we quoted — rot behind a fence post, a failed subfloor, damage inside a wall — we will stop, tell you, and agree the change with you before continuing.
Scope of work
We carry out handyman, carpentry, repair, installation, maintenance, assembly and interior painting work. We do not provide cleaning services. We do not carry out new electrical circuits or panel work, major plumbing rough-in, or structural work requiring engineered drawings. Where a job requires a licensed specialist trade, we will tell you before starting.
You are responsible for telling us about anything that affects the work: known damage, concealed services, HOA or building rules, pets, access and parking.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
Appointments depend on access. If we cannot get to the work at the agreed time, or the site is not ready, we may need to reschedule. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Payment
We accept credit and debit card, cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App. Payment terms are agreed with you before work starts. Materials may be invoiced separately from labour.

Ratings and review text on this site are quoted from public third-party platforms, specifically Google and Thumbtack, as published on August 5, 2026. Reviews are reproduced verbatim and are the opinions of the customers who wrote them. Ratings on those platforms change over time.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing defects we did not cause.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
