Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

What we collect

When you contact us through this website or by phone, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address or city where the work is needed, and the details and photographs of the job.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site or advert that referred you. This is used to understand how the site is being used and whether our advertising is working.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote your job, schedule and carry out work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. We also use it to keep our own records and to improve how the business runs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate: our website host, our customer-management and scheduling software, our payment processors, and our accountant. They are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet our tax and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Call us or use the contact form and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Joiner Joyner Home Services when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (404) 939-7002. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How you opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to (404) 939-7002. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details at the end of this policy. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile Information and Information Sharing

This section applies to the mobile number and text-messaging consent described above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to (404) 939-7002, and reply HELP for help. Our full text messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Data Security Practices

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us, including:

• Serving this website over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.
• Keeping customer records in access-controlled, password-protected accounts, limited to the people who need them to do their job.
• Using reputable third-party platforms for messaging, scheduling, and payment, and relying on their security controls rather than storing that data ourselves.
• Retaining personal information only as long as it is needed, and disposing of it when it is not.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your Rights and Choices

You control the information you share with us. At any time you may:

• Unsubscribe from text messages — reply STOP to (404) 939-7002 and we will stop texting that number.
• Unsubscribe from email — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct anything that is out of date or wrong.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
