Messaging Terms
The terms that apply if you give Joiner Joyner LLC your mobile number and we contact you by text.

Consent
By giving us your mobile number — on this website, by phone, or in person — you agree that Joiner Joyner LLC may send you text messages about your enquiry, your quote, your appointment and the work we are doing for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send
Quote replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notifications, questions about the job, and follow-up after the work is finished. We may occasionally send a service update relevant to work we have done for you.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the job — typically a handful of messages per enquiry. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us on the number on this site. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling you about work you have booked.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used to contact you about your job and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
