Everything on the list, plus the carpentry

Nine groups of work, all of it done by the same owner-run crew out of Snellville. Residential and commercial. Most visits combine several items — booking them together is cheaper than booking them apart.

The specialty

Carpentry & Built-Ins

A joiner is a carpenter who makes fitted woodwork. Built-ins, trim, cabinets, shelving and custom pieces measured and cut for your house, not bought off a shelf.

Install & repair

Doors & Windows

Front entry doors, interior doors, storm doors, windows, screens and garage doors — hung square, sealed, and actually latching.

Patch, texture, finish

Drywall & Painting

Holes, cracks, water damage and texture matching — then interior painting, so the repair disappears instead of announcing itself.

Outside the house

Fences, Decks & Outdoor

Fence and gate installation, fence repair, patio covers, awnings and outdoor carpentry — posts set properly so the line still looks straight in five years.

Mount it, wire it, seal it

Fixture & Appliance Installation

Lighting, fans, vanities, mirrors, disposals, dishwashers, exhaust fans and wall A/C units — installed level, sealed, and connected properly.

Floors and surfaces

Flooring & Tile

Floor installation and replacement, tiling, transitions and trim — with the subfloor checked before anything goes down on top of it.

The punch list

Home Repairs & Maintenance

The running list on the fridge. Gutters, small plumbing and electrical fixes, exterior repairs and general maintenance — several items in one visit.

Hung straight, into studs

Scope

What we take on — and what we do not

We do

  • Repairs, installation, maintenance and assembly
  • Interior painting and drywall finishing
  • Custom carpentry, built-ins and trim
  • Residential and commercial property
  • Multi-item punch lists in a single visit
  • Jobs from under two hours up to a full day

We do not

  • Cleaning services of any kind
  • New electrical circuits or panel work
  • Full re-pipes or major plumbing rough-in
  • Structural work requiring engineered drawings

When a job crosses into licensed-specialist territory we say so before starting, not after.
