Most of what we do is a list, not a project. Ten small things that have each been annoying for six months. Booking them as one visit is cheaper than booking them as ten, and it is the single most common way people use us.
Write the list before you call. Photos help more than descriptions do — a picture of the actual hinge, stain or crack usually answers three questions at once and gets you a straighter price.
Estimated time is quoted in three sizes: under two hours for simple tasks, two to five hours for a few different projects, and a full day for complex or long-running work.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Jobs are estimated in blocks — under two hours, two to five hours, or a full day. If you only have one small item, it is worth adding the rest of the list to the same visit.
Do you work on commercial property?
Yes. Residential and commercial both. One of the reviews on this site is from a business having an exhaust fan replaced.
