Most fixture jobs are small and get put off for months, which is how a list of ten small jobs turns into a Saturday you never spend. These are the calls we take most often, and several of them can be knocked out in a single visit.
A recent customer had a through-wall A/C unit put into the side of their garage: framing the opening, setting the sleeve, and finishing it so it is weather-tight. Their words were that the quality of the work exceeded expectations and the pricing was very reasonable.
Another had a bathroom exhaust fan replaced — that one was a commercial job, taken care of promptly. We work on residential and commercial property.

For like-for-like fixture work — a disposal, a vanity, a fan, a light — yes. New circuits, panel work and re-piping are a licensed specialist job and we will tell you when you have crossed that line.
