How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote your job, schedule and carry out work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. We also use it to keep our own records and to improve how the business runs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Only service providers who help us operate: our website host, our customer-management and scheduling software, our payment processors, and our accountant. They are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
